We want you to LOVE your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied please see refund policy below.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Info@mahjimamas.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

REFUND POLICY
We offer full refunds on unused products within 30 days of purchase date. You will be credited back to your original form of payment. It can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Customer is responsible for the price of shipping the item back to Mahji Mamas.
DELIVERY POLICY
We ship all purchases within 2 days unless otherwise noted on the product page (e.g. pre-orders or local pick-up). Our products ship through USPS, FedEx or UPS. Generally you can expect your items within one week of ship date, but there may be situations of lost goods, resulting in longer delays.
RETURN POLICY
We accept returns on unused products within 30 days of purchase with a full refund. Customer is responsible for the price of shipping the item back to Mahji Mamas. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Customer may cancel orders within 6 hours of purchase for a full refund. Beyond 6 hours please see the refund/return policies above.
